As the NDIS moves toward a Navigation model, my role is to guide people through complexity, build confidence and strengthen their ability to manage supports over time.

I work with NDIS providers to build practical, robust quality systems that support safe service delivery and stand up to audit and accreditation.
My support covers policy development, audit preparation, evidence mapping, corrective actions and continuous improvement — helping providers move beyond compliance and embed quality into everyday practice.
