For more than 20 years, I have worked across the disability, community, health, and human services sectors, supporting individuals, families, organisations, and communities to achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.

My experience spans coordination, service delivery, workforce leadership, governance, quality systems, compliance, and organisational development. I have led teams, developed services, implemented quality frameworks, and supported organisations to deliver high-quality, participant-centred outcomes. Most importantly, I have remained focused on ensuring participants receive the support, choice, and control that sits at the heart of the NDIS.

RG Pathways was established from a desire to provide a more personalised and ethical approach — both for the people I support directly, and for the providers who support them.

For participants and families, I offer Support Coordination and NDIS navigation. I help people understand their plans, connect with the right supports, build independence, and achieve the outcomes that matter most to them. I believe participants deserve independent guidance that is free from conflicts of interest, focused on their individual goals, and tailored to their unique circumstances.

For providers and organisations, I offer consultancy grounded in real operational experience. Having built compliant systems, policies and procedures, and prepared services for NDIS audit and registration, I help new and growing providers establish the frameworks they need to deliver safe, high-quality, compliant support. My goal is practical, audit-ready systems that providers will actually use — not generic templates.

Across both, I bring not only extensive industry knowledge and practical experience, but also a genuine commitment to listening, advocating, and walking alongside the people and organisations I work with throughout their journey.
